Casablanca Hotel Studios family welcomes you. Our promise is to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as it is in our hands.

 

  • Reception service is available from 08:30 h. to 22:00 h.
  • Check-in time is set from 15:00 h. to 22:00 h. (If you wish to enter before or after this time, please ask us the conditions and availability by telephone).
  • Check-out time is set until 12:00 h. (If you wish to leave after this time, please ask us the conditions and availability at the reception desk).
  • There are both outside and underground parking spaces for your car (the car measurement limits to park in the garage are 4.50 m of length and 1.75 m of height).
  • There is no extra cost to park the car inside of the hotel (subject to availability, as there are 7 exterior parking spaces and 10 interior parking spaces). It can be reserved in exceptional cases such as clients with limited mobility.
  • To access the underground parking, please use the blue electronic key (given at reception desk) before going down through the ramp before the signal «P» of Parking.
  • Don’t worry, you can also park your car outside the hotel parking space. The area around the hotel is very quiet and safe.
  • Most pets are welcome. For the well-being of all our guests, we have established a 12 kg weight limit per pet a maxiumum of 2 pets per studio. The pet supplement per night is 5 €.
    Please notice that pets are not allowed to be left alone in the studio.
  • Service dogs are free of charge.
  • Unless you have chosen the non-refundable booking option, the rest of the bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 5 days prior to arrival. The cancelation cost during that 5 day period correspond to one night of your hotel stay.
  • In case you cancel your booking on the same day of your arrival, the penalization cost will correspond to the full amount of the cost of your stay.
  • The building doesn’t count with an elevator. It consists of three floors plus the basement where the underground garage is located.
  • On the ground floor, the studios can be accessed without climbing the stairs.
  • Double and superior studios on the ground floor are available upon request.
  • Terrace studios are located on the second floor and must be climbed by stairs.
  • 200 metres from the accommodation, on the hotel’s main avenue, you will find a bus stop where only the line nº 20 of the metroplitan transport of Salamanca stops.
  • The line nº 20 goes to the historic centre of Salamanca (stops at Avenida Reyes de España and Gran Vía) with an approximate duration of 15 minutes and a cost 1,60 € / trip. The payment on the bus must be with cash.
  • From Monday to Friday, the bus stops every 15 minutes. On the weekends it stops every 30 minutes.

  • By car it will take you 10 minutes to get to the historic centre of Salamanca. The recommended access is via the Príncipe de Asturias bridge.
  • On the Avenida Reyes de España you will find an underground car park (for a fee) that allows you to access the entire historic centre of Salamanca without having to drive into the city centre. It is well signposted (car park recommended for the historic centre) when you enter the centre of Salamanca via the Príncipe de Asturias bridge.

  • The hotel is connected to the historic centre of Salamanca by bike lane, which counts with more than 30 km of bike ready paths.
  • Santa Marta de Tormes is connected to the centre of Salamanca by a recommended walk alongside the Tormes river.

  • ¡El descanso que buscas a 10 minutos de Salamanca! Puedes disfrutar de la naturaleza del río Tormes, de una gran oferta cultural y de la gastronomía local en numerosos establecimientos. Pero, puedes verlo tú mismo:
  • During the colder months the hotel counts with a central heating system with an individual temperature dial on each studio.
  • In the warmer months, the double and superior studios have ceiling fans in the living room and portable fans in the bedroom. The studios with terrace have plugged-in air conditioning equipment in the living room and portable fans in the bedroom.
  • The building doesn’t have a have a restaurant, but all our studios are equipped with a fully equipped kitchen and kitchenware.
  • We have many extra elements you may need such as hairdryer, iron, blender, kettle… We will assist you the reception desk ask.
  • Bed linen and towels are included in all of the studios of the hotel.
  • The cleaning service of the studio is included between 09:00 and 12:00.
  • Please, hung on the green sign on the external side of the door for a general cleaning, change of sheets and / or towels.
  • In order to respect our environment, for long stays, the schedule of the cleaning days will be arranged with the housekeeper.
  • The studios doesn’t have a personal washing machine. However, we have a laundry service. Please, check the conditions and rates with the housekeeper.
  • There is a self-service laundry around 10 minutes walking from our establishment in case you need second option.
  • The hotel counts with a free high speed Wifi throughout all the establishment. The password is available at the reception desk and also on the information letter you will find on your arrival at the studio.

  • To check-in / check- out, you will be attended personally at the hotel’s reception from 15:00 to 22:00.
  • All adults must present an identity document (identity card, passport, driving license or residence permit).
  • You will be given a set of keys: the blue electronic key allows you to access to the building through the two entrance doors and to the interior parking. The second key gives you access to the studio.
  • During the check-out / check-in, you will be personally attended at reception desk starting from 8:30 am.
  • You can leave your keys at the box located at the reception desk if you check out before that time.
